Due to the disparity in fee rates between early out/pre-collect and bad debt collections, there exists a temptation to withhold pre-collect efforts until a higher fee rate is activated in the bad debt phase. By blending both services under one low fee rate, R3 accepts responsibility for quick resolution by being liable for all costs associated with the collection lifespan. We earn by collecting more cash quicker.
